hey im really upset to be doing this but i really have to take a break from just,,, everything,,,,
life has been really difficult lately with school and stuff and im going through some personal shit rn that i dont rlly feel like elaborating on?? ive been diagnosed with depression and i cant deal with extra stuff online (like,, socially) im going to be really inactive and if u have art that you owe me pls dont worry about it!! ive been trying to stay positive and happy but this is really getting to me and i have to focus on my family and my own health.
im gonna be off dA and probably tumblr too but ill still check in on my close friends + re

what strategies do u guys use when youre feeling depressed??? i could use some help i usually bake and play video games but that isnt working as well lately :////
